Journey

A path built on the ground — not on a slide.

Ten years of operations, structuring and building — from the industrial floor of Brasserie Nationale to Zero Loss Consulting and Haiti Talent Lab.

The industrial floor — Brasserie Nationale d'Haïti

Five years inside one of Haiti's most demanding industrial operations. Energy & Water Champion, accountable for operational discipline on a shop floor where downtime, waste and improvisation are the default enemies. This is where the conviction was forged: organizations don’t perform by luck — they perform by structure.

Haiti Talent Lab — founder

Cap Talent Lab proved the model: structured bridges between talent and opportunity work — 200+ applications, 100+ shortlisted, 4.9/5 satisfaction. Haiti Talent Lab is the national rollout: six cities over twelve months, starting with Les Cayes in July 2026.

Organizations don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because they never become systems.
